    FAQ's:
    Q.)  Can I just put a camper on the lot to live in or leave an RV there ?
    A.)  No.  Nowhere in Pueblo County, or most other Colorado Counties, legally permits permanent camping.  The exception is if you have formally complied with all building requirements, pulled permits, you are permitted to live in a camper/RV during construction of a dwelling only, for up to 1 Year.  We can not allow you to live on the property while it is being paid off with the installment agreement.
    Q.) What are the GPS Coordinates?
    A.) Please message us for google maps link as the urls are too long and mess up how the listing displays.
    Q.)  Are there schools/stores nearby?
    A.)  Yes, there are elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as restaurants and a grocer within a 10 minute drive.
    Q.) Can I visit the lot before buying ?
    A.) Sure can, we even encourage it.  You should be able to orient yourself by looking at the maps in the last few pictures.
