GREAT UPSIDE!!!!!!
This is an area that in my opinion has a great upside. Cedar City is big enough to have a Wal-Mart and everything you need but still small enough to have a cute, quaint feel. You don't have to travel far to enjoy any and all types of outdoor activities. There are mountain views and the weather is great!
As with any purchase, it is recommended that you fully research and view the property prior to bidding so that you are certain that the property fits your needs, plans, and desires. Payment is expected within 10 days of winning the auction.
